Our stay here exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and elevated. The home is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly well thought out—every detail has been considered, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen (the coffee setup was a huge bonus!). The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and just a short walk to the beach. Waking up to views of the marina and ocean each day was unreal, and evenings watching the sunset were a highlight of the trip. It truly feels like a private escape while still being close to everything. Chauncy was an exceptional host—extremely responsive, and gave amazing local recommendations that made our stay even better. The amenities were top tier—plenty of towels, a great pool, and everything you need for a seamless, relaxing vacation. It honestly felt like a luxury hotel experience but with the comfort of a home. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this is easily one of the best.Highly recommend!

We were a family of four with two teenagers. The space was perfect. Access to the water ideal with a kayak and paddle board to use. Beautiful, quiet and easy to get around the island from. Best to have a car so you can go to restaurants etc., but the water right outside our door was enough for us in terms of a beach! We would stay here again next time.

Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Chauncy war ein großartiger Gastgeber mit sehr schneller Kommunikation und guten Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Der traumhafte Strand war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren froh, diese Unterkunft auf Paradise Island ausgewählt zu haben. Empfehlenswert!

Chauncey was an excellent communicator. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The location is amazing (though a car is necessary)- so private and there were times it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Waking up and sipping coffee while watching the waves was amazing.

What an AMAZING week! Easy to access from airport, close to bars, restaurants, groceries & beaches. It was an amazing week! LOVELY “Bons Vivants” cafe/cocktail bar right downstairs that we ended up going to twice! Only issue we had was a building repair to the main structure (not our apartment/condo) and noise from that but it was short lived and when we reached out to the owner/manager they immediately found out details and got back to us immediately. Would highly recommend this property and location - 10/10 on all counts!

Just came back from a week at Chauncy's home with our family group of 6 that included three generations and could not have had a better experience. The condo is beautiful and was spotlessly clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies to get through the first few days. The surroundings are pristine and peaceful a bit away from the commotion of downtown Nassau. We enjoyed dining and take-out from the onsite restaurant, with excellent food options for adults and kids (including pizza!) The highlight of our week was utilizing the services of the Property Manager Geoffrey and his crew of outstanding drivers. Geoffrey is the kindest and most helpful person we could have asked for. He encouraged us to call him with any requests, concerns and always responded within minutes. We opted to use his services for transport rather than rent a car and were so glad we did. His drivers' knowledge, friendliness and concern for our safety was well worth the price!

Our stay at Chauncy place was amazing. House had everything you could possibly need with amazing built in coffee machine! Every detail was thought of! Location was very nice and quiet for our family of 5. Nice safe neighborhood and 10 minute walk to beach. Gorgeous view from the house of marina and ocean. We loved watching boats go by and beautiful sunsets. Chauncy was responsive and very quick communicator (within seconds!), he gave us great tips for transportation and local things to do. House is spotless. 4th floor pool was great for the kids and did not feel we needed to pay extra club fee for another pool. Plenty of towels to use and take to the beach. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Chauncy!

While I was planning our trip, I messaged Chauncey so many times with so many questions and he was always helpful, quick responding and answered all my questions. My daughter and I loved Chauncy’s place. It was beautiful, well kept, spacious and in a great location. We liked that it was in a gated community with a security guard at all times. Right across the main street, we walked to a very beautiful, private beach! The sunsets at this location were spectacular. We appreciated how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was . And Chauncy was a super host for sure! We got lost on our way to the condo while riding in a taxi from airport. I called Chauncy. He spoke with the taxi driver and helped us find the condo. I really appreciated Chauncy. It took us couple of days to fully figure out our transportation since we didn’t rent a car and it worked just fine. We’d love to comeback to his condo again and would highly recommend it.

The apartment was exactly as represented. Beautiful, great views felt part of palm cay as a resort but also felt private with its own beach and pool but also super close to the club facilities (beachside, bar, pool,spa and places to hire jet skis to yachts). Chauncy was the most attentive host we have had on Airbnb. He was always polite and answered any queries in less than 1/2 hour. Brilliant host. Apartment was stunning. Beautifully laid out. Clean. Amazing views. We would highly recommend staying. We have been to Palm cay before so knew what to expect. Chauncy as a host made staying so easy. If you want to stay somewhere in the Bahamas quiet but still have amenities at hand. This is your place. Would recommend getting a car to visit other areas of the island. Would come back definitely.
